Ingredients
Essential Oils

- Ginger: Ginger is a valuable ingredient known for its ability to strengthen hair and promote blood circulation to the scalp, aiding in hair growth. Topically, it can brighten skin and reduce signs of aging. Ginger also offers calming properties that aid in healthy sleep and serve as a natural remedy for infections due to its antiseptic qualities. Additionally, it helps alleviate stress and anxiety, soothes fatigue, and enhances concentration. Common uses include postpartum care, relief from muscular fatigue, rheumatism, arthritis, and treating cold hands and feet.

- Lemongrass: Lemongrass is a versatile ingredient known for its astringent properties, commonly used in skincare products such as cleansers, lotions, and creams to tighten and tone the skin. While it can cause dermal irritation if used incorrectly, it is highly effective as an insect repellent. When diffused, lemongrass emits a citrusy scent that uplifts the spirit, energizes the body, restores emotional balance, and alleviates nervousness, making it particularly useful during stressful times. It also possesses therapeutic properties such as stimulating blood circulation, reducing fever, soothing coughs and flu symptoms, alleviating headaches, treating inflammation, relieving muscle aches, and detoxifying the body of toxins.

How To Use
Nebuliser

Add 30 to 40 drops (1.5 - 2ml) to a nebuliser.

Burner

Add 10 drops (0.2ml) to warm water in the bowl of a burner. Light a tealight candle and place it in the hearth of the burner. The heat will allow the scent to diffuse and fill the room. If you are using an electric burner, you can control the heat by using the dimmer.

Massage

Add 10 drops (0.2ml) to 15 ~ 25ml of a carrier oil. Massage deeply into muscle and pressure points.

Storage

Always store in a dark glass bottle (preferably amber) and in a cool and dark place away from heat and sunlight.

Caution
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Avoid contact with the eyes.
  • Do not ingest.
  • Please dilute with a carrier oil before applying to
skin and perform a patch test to observe allergic
    reactions before use.
  • Not recommended for use with plastic, finished
wood, or painted surfaces - remove if in contact.
Storage & Handling
  • Keep bottles upright. Essential oils are volatile and naturally release vapour (“gassing”), which can increase pressure inside the bottle. Laying bottles on their side may cause leakage over time.
  • Wipe the opening after use. Oils can seep and oxidise around the neck, leaving residue and weakening the seal.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Temperature changes can worsen pressure buildup.
  • When flying, hand-carry upright. Cabin pressure may increase leakage risk; avoid checked luggage.
