If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Once your order has been picked up by our courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to check on the status of your delivery. Do note that once the parcel has been handed to the shipping courier, we will not have control over the handling and delivery time. Customers are best advised to get in touch with the courier for latest update and further information.

It is HYSSES responsibility to make sure that the item is securely packed with ample cushioning such as sponge or bubble wrap. If you have opened the packaging and found that your item is broken or damaged, please take a photo of the damages immediately and contact us at enquiry@hysses.com.

HYSSES is not liable for any loss of products during shipping. Please contact the shipping courier for assistance if you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery time.

Customer shall promptly pay all duties and taxes, any additional charges for customs clearance and any other applicable charges imposed by any local or government authority of the destination country, before the item is delivered to your local mailing/ delivery address for self-collection at any self-collection point.
