1.    The promotion is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, 11:59PM Singapore Time.

2.    The promotion is open to HYSSES VIP Members and Mailing List Members only.

3.    Qualifying purchases include purchases made at all HYSSES retail outlets in Singapore, and orders placed via www.hysses.com during the promotion period.

4.    Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, distributors, corporate partners or any other external sales channels are not eligible.

5.    Qualifying spend is based on the nett amount paid after all discounts and promotions. Delivery and shipping fees are excluded from qualifying spend. Purchases of gift cards or vouchers, and payments made using store credit, are
included in qualifying spend.

6.    Transactions will only be accumulated under one registered HYSSES customer account, identified by the registered email address and/or contact number.

7.    Transactions recorded under different customer accounts cannot be merged, transferred or combined.

8.    Cancelled, refunded and returned purchases will not be included in the qualifying spend. Where an order is partially refunded, only the final nett spend after the adjustment will be counted.

9.    At the end of the promotion period, the three (3) customers with the highest qualifying nett spend will receive Absolute Boutique Fitness Class Credits, as stated above.

10. If two or more customers achieve the exact same qualifying spend amount, the available class credits for that prize position will be shared equally amongst the tied customers.

11. Winners will be announced by 7 September 2026 via HYSSES Official WhatsApp and/or HYSSES social media platforms.

12. The announcement may include the qualifying transaction amount and HYSSES unique customer ID for verification purposes.

13. Winners will also be contacted directly via the Official HYSSES WhatsApp account or Official HYSSES email address.

14. HYSSES will never contact winners using personal mobile numbers or non-HYSSES email addresses. Customers are advised to verify any communications claiming to be from HYSSES.

15. Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification. Failure to respond within the stipulated period may result in prize forfeiture, and HYSSES reserves the right to select the next eligible customer.

16. To redeem the prize, winners are required to download the Absolute SG App, register as an Absolute Boutique Fitness member (or log in, for existing members), and follow the redemption instructions provided by HYSSES. This promotion is open to both new and existing Absolute Boutique Fitness members.

17. Class credits are subject to the terms and conditions of Absolute Boutique Fitness, including validity, booking policies and membership requirements. The class credits are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.

18. A winner may transfer their class credits to one (1) nominated person by submitting a written request to HYSSES. Such transfer may be made once only and to a single nominated person, and all credits must be transferred together.

19. Save for the one-time transfer to a nominated person described above, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not
redeemable for cash or other products.

20. HYSSES reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all transactions and participants. Any fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion or breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.

21. HYSSES reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel, suspend or modify the promotion at any time without prior
notice where necessary.

22. Participants' personal information collected for this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting winners, in accordance with HYSSES's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Winners' personal data (name, contact number and email address) will be shared with Absolute Boutique Fitness solely to credit the class credits to their account.
