How many reed sticks should I use?

The number of reed sticks can be adjusted based on your desired scent intensity. Using all the provided reeds will result in a stronger scent, while using fewer reeds will provide a more subtle aroma.

What sizes are available for these diffusers? Are there any refills?

Each variant comes in 250ml and 750ml sizes. This new series does not have dedicated refills; however, you can use the 750ml bottle to top up the 250ml. Alternatively, once the oil is finished, you may clean the bottle with Hysses Cleaning Solution or dishwashing liquid, refill it with a HYSSES home scent refill, and use new fibre sticks for diffusion.

How long will the diffuser last?

The diffuser’s longevity depends on factors such as the number of reed sticks used, room size, and air circulation.250ml: Approximately 4–5 months750ml: Approximately 8–11 monthsHot or dry weather, air-conditioning, drafts, seasonal changes, and the number of reeds can affect the diffusion rate. To slow evaporation, keep the diffuser away from direct sunlight and strong air-conditioning drafts. For optimal performance, replace the reed sticks every 2–3 months.
