What is a shower steamer and how is it different from a bath bomb?

A shower steamer is designed exclusively for use in the shower, not the bath. When activated by warm steam and water, it releases essential-oil-infused aromas you inhale for an aromatherapy experience. Unlike a bath bomb, it is not meant to be soaked in — the high concentration of essential oils makes it unsuitable for prolonged direct skin contact.

How do I use the Luxe Cloud Shower Steamer?

Using dry hands, break off one or two squares along the pre-scored lines. Place the square on the shower floor away from direct water flow. As warm steam builds up, the steamer will gradually dissolve and release its essential oil aroma. For a stronger scent experience, position it closer to the water stream.

How many uses can I get from one shower steamer?

The steamer is divided into individual squares, allowing you to break off 1–2 squares per shower session. Using 1 square per session, each steamer can be enjoyed for up to 8 showers.

Will the steamer affect my skin?

The Coconut Oil in the formula may help reduce dryness and support skin softness. However, due to the high concentration of essential oil, the steamer is not intended for direct or prolonged skin contact. Place it on the shower floor rather than holding it against the skin.

How should I store the steamer between uses?

After breaking off a portion, reseal the remaining steamer in its original packaging and place it in a ziplock bag. Store it in a cool, dry place away from humidity, heat, and direct sunlight. Keep it away from moisture, as even ambient humidity can prematurely activate the fizzing reaction.

How long does the steamer last and does it have an expiry date?

For best results — optimal scent strength and fizz performance — use within one year of purchase. Over time, exposure to humidity can reduce the effervescence, so proper storage will help preserve the full experience.

Ingredients

Essential Oils

Bergamot: Bergamot is prized in aromatherapy for its distinctive citrus aroma, combining sparkling freshness with subtle floral complexity. Often selected for uplifting and refreshing scent rituals, it can help create a brighter, more positive-feeling atmosphere. Its lively character makes it particularly suited to showers used as an energising personal reset.
Geranium: Geranium offers a fresh rosy-green aroma traditionally associated with balance and harmonious aromatic environments. Its floral character feels more botanical than overtly sweet, bringing softness and composure to brighter citrus notes. Combined with Bergamot, it creates a refreshing yet rounded sensory experience suited to moments of personal rebalancing.
